Tots 2 Teens is a unique childcare center that fosters each child’s Physical, mental and social development through the use of creative and Semi-structured learning activities.

To become a multipurpose center that interacts with the community And help children and adults.

Our program is designed to develop a healthy, positive self-image, communication skills, self-expression, self-control, independence, group skills, intelligence, curiosity, joy of learning, creativity, not necessarily in that order.

We are a new Daycare in this location but have over 30 years experience in childcare combined with the owner and director of Tots 2 Teens. We previously owned a 167 childcare facility in Spring Valley, NY since 1991. We love the children and are active in the community we are currently offering childcare to. Tots 2 Teens, LLC. Is a clean and colorful Daycare Center that is currently providing care for children ages 18 months to 12 years old. We are currently looking to expand to also provide care for infants and add extended hours to the facility. We are here to accommodate you.
Meet The Owner And Executive Director
James Frazier
Owner and Director
James Frazier is a seasoned professional in the daycare industry, bringing over 30 years of experience in both business management and early childhood education. He holds a degree in Business Management from the College of Westchester, where he developed a strong foundation in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and customer service.
As the owner and director of his daycare, James is dedicated to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children. His extensive experience in business allows him to manage the daycare effectively, ensuring that it runs smoothly while providing high-quality care and education. James believes in the importance of fostering a safe and stimulating atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and explore their potential.
Throughout his career, James has been committed to building strong relationships with families and the community, understanding that collaboration is key to a child’s success. His passion for early childhood education, combined with his business acumen, drives him to continually improve and innovate within his daycare. James is proud to be a positive influence in the lives of children and families, making a lasting impact in their early developmental years.
Sharon Frazier
Early Childhood Education Specialist
With over 30 years of dedicated experience in the childcare industry, Sharon Frazier is a passionate advocate for young learners and their families. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (B-6) and a minor in Special Education from Lehman College, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
Sharon’s extensive background includes running a family and group home daycare, where she developed personalized care strategies tailored to each child’s needs. She also managed a small storefront daycare in a spacious 10,000 square foot facility, allowing her to implement innovative educational programs and engage the community in meaningful ways.
Throughout her career, Sharon has been committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive atmosphere that promotes learning and growth. Her expertise in early childhood development and special education enables her to address the diverse needs of her students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Sharon continues to inspire both children and fellow educators with her dedication and love for teaching, making a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
Ramona Smith
Volunteer at Tots 2 Teens
Ramona Smith is a dedicated volunteer at Tots 2 Teens, bringing over 10 years of experience working with daycare children. Her passion for nurturing young minds is complemented by her expertise in providing nutritious meals through her company, Mo Betta Catering. Ramona believes that healthy eating is essential for children’s growth and development, and she takes pride in creating balanced, delicious meals that fuel their bodies and minds.
Through her volunteer work, Ramona is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and supporting their families. Her enthusiasm and culinary skills enhance the Tots 2 Teens program, ensuring that children not only receive quality care but also enjoy wholesome meals that contribute to their overall well-being. Ramona’s dedication to both nutrition and early childhood education makes her a valuable asset to the Tots 2 Teens community.
